Effectory is Europe's market leader in employee feedback. Over the past twenty years, our team of 20 Software Developers has built the coolest and most innovative feedback software there is out there. We build our software with C#, .NET Core, Angular and Aurelia in an Azure Environment. With this software, our colleagues are able to set up surveys and gather feedback among the employees of our clients and find out how they feel about their employer. We work for major companies in the Netherlands and abroad so these are big and complex projects.
As a Software Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact to colleagues when they run into issues with our in-house-developed software. They are the users of our software and often need help from someone with extensive technical knowledge. In some cases, our colleagues run into a bug, mistake or error in data that needs to be analyzed and (if possible) fixed with a quick fix.
In all previously mentioned situations, you are to our colleagues what a doctor is to someone who's ill. You make things better so that they can proceed with doing what they do best. So, if analyzing problems, solving puzzles and helping people gives you energy, then this might be your next job.

It is most important that you love to dive into problems and solve them. You troubleshoot in a structured manner and keep calm when things get stressful. Besides that, it is important that you have a service-minded attitude and that you just like to help people. You will have to learn your way around in our domain, which is pretty complex. For this, you have to be someone who knows when to ask for help.
We’re looking for someone with knowledge at the bachelor level, preferably in a science subject. This position might be interesting for someone straight out of school, but also for a Developer who is looking for something different. We're open to anything, as long as you have the skills and personality to do the job!

The salary range for this position is around: 35.000 - 44.000 gross a year, depending on your experience.
