  • Support the management of the bonus and incentive schemes, working with Finance to monitor and report on performance, and communicating with scheme members
  • Rejuvenate the job architecture to build a new foundation for better career pathing and financial attractiveness, while overseeing organizational budgetary health
  • Support the company-wide performance management workstream to review and propose annual bonus plan designs, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and opportunities
  • Introduce performance-based compensation growth in parallel to the performance management launch
  • Provide expert advice on the benefits offering; reviewing, implementing, and managing in line with the feedback of our employees
  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders to promote bonus and benefits schemes to maximize value of the offering
  • Reviewing, analyzing and reporting on compliance and performance of schemes and knowledge of managing bonus plans
  • Supporting wider operational reward, payroll and tax activities
  • Excellent communications skills & strong team working ability
  • Managing 3rd party service providers
  • Attention to detail, very confident technical skills in using MS Excel, able to translate data into insights, and eventually innovative proposals for a motivational rewards environment

  • This role is part time 16-24hrs a week (employment/freelance/contractor set-up possible; flexible hours on a hybrid basis; attendance of Amsterdam office on Monday each week is required)
  • Competitive salary (salary range for this position on fulltime employment is around: € 46.000 - 70.000 gross a year)
