We are looking for an energetic consultative enterprise sales professional that wants to be part of this journey, leave his food prints on the company but also on the market. Here we offer the opportunity to have real impact by helping companies make the working world a better place through the use of Effectory, Europe’s leading provider of employee listing solutions.

You will own the end to end sales cycle and work closely with the Inside Sales and Marketing team for new leads and develop market opportunities.

From the get-go, you invest in what ultimately could become a long-lasting relationship with new clients. You talk to C-level and HR directors, to get to know what drives their company: you get to know their strategy, policy, current or planned developments that may affect their people and promote Effectory’s role in making their working world better.

You communicate openly and honestly about options. You have the autonomy to make your own decisions and close the deal the way you think is best. Insights into the sales funnel through high-quality dashboards is available in order for you to take on a data-driven approach to reach your goals.


  • You want to work for a purpose driven tech-company and have an intrinsic motivation to make the working world a better place;
  • You have at least 3 years of consultative sales experience at a B2B/ SaaS company (preferably HR-tech), selling to C-level decision makers;
  • You are booming with energy and enthusiasm and show entrepreneurial and commercial spirit in everything that you do;
  • You are a fast learner and able to quickly adapt and grow as we are building the sales organization in DACH;
  • Because of your excellent communication skills, in German and English, you have the ability to discover and understand customer challenges. This is where your strong solution thinking takes over, to not only build trust, but to promote and sell Effectory’s solutions on the identified need;
  • You are used to working with targets and to managing your CRM pipeline to be highly effective in achieving them

You will report into our Head of Sales/ Country manager. “
