Effectory has been the market leader in employee feedback for the past 20 years in the Netherlands. Since a few years we are expanding our business abroad and this is going really well. Because we are growing a lot now is the right time to expand our recruitment team with an ambitious and energetic Recruiter who will play a key role in Effectory's growth. 


Together with your two team mates, you are responsible for hiring all of our new colleagues for the office in Amsterdam and in Munich. You will pick up and carry out the recruitment process from A to Z. From sourcing candidates to doing intakes and interviews. It is up to you to link them to the right role within Effectory and making sure they are fully equipped when they start. As a Recruiter at Effectory you have more responsibility and freedom than in your average recruitment role. You are involved in strategic staffing, employer branding and have the freedom to negotiate salaries with the candidates. It is our philosophy to do as much as possible ourselves. This means that you will have the opportunity to improve our employer branding, dive deep into our recruitment data and set up and improve recruitment processes. 

You will focus mostly on bringing in top-notch Software Developers, UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, BI Developers, Application Engineers and System Engineers. Learn more about our tech team on: https://tech.effectory.com/

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Recruitment of permanent and temporary (IT) talent for our office in Amsterdam and Munich;
  • Managing the recruitment process from A to Z;
  • Data analysis and optimization; 
  • Candidate Sourcing;
  • Candidate Experience Optimization;
  • Employer Branding (LinkedIn/Glassdoor/Social Media/fairs);
  • Content creation;
  • Help organizing meetups;
  • Working with our ATS System (Recruitee);

THIS IS YOU

  • You’ve got a bachelors degree and 2 - 4 years of working experience in (IT)Recruitment;
  • Experience working at a recruitment agency would be very nice;
  • Fluent in English & Dutch verbal and in writing.
  • Love the idea of a lot of responsibility in our self-managing way of working;
  • Are not afraid to ask for help or to speak out or provide feedback;
  • Are commercial and know how to convince people;
  • Have the ability to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities;
  • Are tech-savvy to quickly learn and adapt to our HR systems;
  • Wants to grow together.

Your friends and family would describe you as: enthusiastic, flexible, a good listener, responsible, a good planner, accurate, a strong communicator, someone who thinks in solutions while having a lot of fun doing so. For us it is more important whether you have the qualities as described above, then a finished education.

The recruiter is part of the HR team and works closely with two other  recruiters and an intern.
