THIS IS YOUR JOB

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for respondents and customers who have questions about our platform. Together with your colleagues you are ready to pick up incoming calls and you’ll make sure all incoming support tickets are taken care of. You will assist customers with first line support related to all aspects of the MyEffectory platform. The team consists of 6 Customer Support Specialists and together you make sure that our customers get the support they need and that they are and remain happy customers.


You are a primary contact for our customers. You will assist them with questions about the usage of our platform. This varies from setting up a survey, uploading employee data, creating new dashboards and reporting, to helping respondents with questions about a survey or the results.

There are also times when something doesn't go right. Then it's up to you to figure out why. You determine whether you can solve this yourself or whether you need to seek the cooperation of colleagues from other departments. The first months, you will undergo a steep learning curve to get to know our systems and products. After that, you get the chance to proactively look for improvements in processes and innovations together with your team.

You could be our next Customer Support Specialist if you:

  • Are curious and you love puzzles: you love getting to the bottom of a problem and fixing it.
  • Have great analytical skills: you foresee problems and solutions easily.
  • Are tech-savvy and have no problem navigating your way between different software systems.
  • Love helping people and you have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English as well as a professional attitude.
  • You have a positive and proactive "can do”-attitude and you'll get the job done accurately and well.
  • Are available for 32-40 hours a week, between 08:30 and 17:30 (the hours are shared equally between colleagues).
  • Are assertive and able to show initiative in making things better while familiarizing yourself with our systems to use them to their fullest potential.
  • Seek to constantly learn and develop your skills and knowledge, both to develop yourself and to better assist our customers.
