Over the past year, we at Effectory have worked hard on our transition towards SaaS. We already have a strong foothold at the Dutch market but we can't be stopped there! Our mission is to touch the lives of 5 million users on our platform by 2026 and facilitate employees to give feedback to our clients and next to that conquer the rest of Europe!

To achieve that we need you, because managing long lasting relationships with key clients is your expertise, right?

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our international team in Amsterdam. Within this role you are accountable for retaining our key accounts (organizations with 10.000+ employees) and pro-actively monitoring their customer journeys while making sure the platform use is key. You are a trusted advisor and go-to person for their needs. In collaboration with the project team/customer success managers you help clients to solve their problems, realize their business goals and achieve success. ​Together you are responsible for client satisfaction based on understanding and alignment of contractual agreements to ensure clients’ needs are met and that the project is successfully delivered.​

THIS IS YOU

  • You have at least 4 years of work experience as an account/customer success manager in an international (SaaS) environment.  
  • You can spot commercial opportunities and have enough experience/confidence to close the deal.
  • You build and maintain trusted relationships with your clients and you're able to manage client expectation.
  • Because of your experience you have enough empathy to be the link between the more operational client success teams and the commerce team.
  • You are completely fluent in Dutch, English (German would be a plus)
