As a Product Owner at Effectory your main responsibilities are to coordinate the development process and to further develop the concept and functionalities of one or two of our domains. Our development department has over 25 highly skilled Software Developers working on innovative software solutions that help improve the working world. Together with the CPO and Product Managers you translate the long-term product strategy to user stories and epics. You guard the vision of the product / domain and make sure that what the team is working on, is relevant and useful.
You are the person that helps the team specify and prioritize things that need to be done and estimate the proper workload for the sprints. You control the backlog and keep an eye on the interests of our stakeholders. When work is done you are responsible for defining if it meets our standards and accepting it.
You gather requirements and make sure that the team delivers features that answer to the client and user needs. To make sure that progress is made, you often have to 'say no' to stakeholders to guard the workload and priorities.
You make sure that the Developers are building on a coherent product that fits in the long-term strategy and that connects with the client needs.
In this role, you will work on our dashboard and action planning domains that are used to share insights and trends from one survey to many surveys with our clients and users. Our dashboard is highly complex and processes massive amounts of data. For this you will work together with our data team and at least one of our software development teams.
You have at least 3 - 6 years of experience working as a Product Owner. If you have worked in a SaaS environment, then that is a big plus for us.
