As a Project Administrator you will be the primary contact for respondents and customers who have questions about a survey or its results. Next to that, you will take care of internal requests that may vary from handling large and complex amounts of data to setting up a survey from A to Z. You will assist clients and customers as well as Client Success Managers within Effectory. You will work closely together with your colleagues to serve the customer as good as possible. Together with your team you are the first point of contact on different client levels up to C-level.

Your responsibilities include set up questionnaires, report settings, handle employee data as well as helping respondents with questions about surveys, results, or privacy information. You will work with a number of different systems and products, which you will get to know inside and out. Clients as well as colleagues from different departments will depend on you for your knowledge and expertise. You will receive a thorough and extensive training in which you will learn all kinds of different software. After that you get the chance to pro-actively look for improvements in processes and innovations together with the Lead Customer Support to bring the team to the next level.
Please note: speaking Dutch & English fluently is essential for this position.
