As a Solution Consultant (Pre-sales) you will work out the technical solutions of our products for clients to ensure the success of our sales processes. You’re will be part of the Commerce team making sure a technical solution can be realized (on client side) in order to successfully onboard a new client to our product(s).

You are responsible for the technical consultation during sales meetings. As a Solution Consultant you are the technical sales consultant and will work out the technical solutions of our products for clients to ensure the success of our products and sales processes. You will be advising our clients, describing business processes and documenting the needs and issues in order to translate these into an effective solution for the client. If the client needs help in configuring solutions in order to develop a suitable integration you will play a part in this. You are able to answer questions, advise, and ensure the quality of the integration to our platform. Understanding the question behind the question and identifying possible (technical) opportunities for Effectory.


  • You are responsible for the technical part of the sales process.
  • You are the expert of our products during the sales process, you are able to explain the integration of our platform to the client.
  • You are able to advise clients at an early stage on the (im)possibilities of integrating their HR-System with the Effectory Platform.
  • You love to talk to customers and present our product.
  • You will guide our customers through the onboarding journey bringing their product to life.
  • You are able to communicate to our Product team where you see additional opportunities in the product.



You are a professional with at least 4 years’ of experience, with for instance a background in IT and know you’re way around the commercial domain.

  • You have experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • You are creative in producing solutions and are able to present them in an effective way.
  • Being process minded with project management skills is a great asset.
  • You are innovative, a strong problem solver and you think outside of the box.
  • You have a high learning ability and interest in how our platform works to quickly adapt to our changing systems and software. You keep yourself well informed on vision and developments.

The salary range for this position is around: 40.000-80.000 gross a year, depending on your experience.
