Team Assistant Helpdesk (Student Job)

THIS IS YOUR JOB

Are you studying and next to that, ready for the employer of a lifetime?

We are Europe's market leader in employee feedback solutions. With 200 young and ambitious professionals we work from the city center of Amsterdam for clients all across the globe. The employees of our clients are the users of our software products and they fill in the surveys that we conduct. Every year hundreds of thousands users fill in our surveys and you are the person they first reach out to when they need help!

You are Effectory to all these users so we are looking for someone who will represent us well. You'll form a team together with our Helpdesk Coordinator, Customer Support Specialist and a bunch of young and enthusiastic Team Assistants. You will receive calls and e-mails from users who have questions about a survey or its results. Together with your team, you'll make sure that our users are helped quickly and friendly. Most of the time you are able to come up with a solution on the spot. But, sometimes the problems are to complex and then you pass it on to our Support Engineers. Also, in your role you are able to spot trends in the questions that the users ask or the problems they have, possibly with the help of our analytics dashboard. Then, it is up to you to pass this on to our Product and Development team so that they can come up with a long term solution.

The shifts are on Mon-Fri from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

THIS IS YOU

Your study will continue for at least 1,5 more years, which makes you available for this job for that period. You know how important it is to be helpful, supportive and positive towards users.

You should be able to handle situations where you're under a lot of pressure and you're able to keep an eye on the bigger picture. You are a service minded and self-supporting young professional and you show lots of initiative in making things better. Familiarizing yourself with our applications and how to use them to their fullest potential should come natural to you.

You speak and write Dutch and English at near-native level.
