As Account Executive you will be responsible for reeling in new business for Effectory in the DACH region. You will work closely together with the entire sales team and the marketing department. You will follow up on meetings with senior liaisons at mostly small and medium sized companies (<10.000 employees). From the get-go, you invest in what could become a long-lasting relationship with new customers. You will primarily talk to C-level and HR directors to understand what drives their company. You will get to know their strategy, policy, current and planned developments that may affect their people and promote Effectory's potential in making their working world better. 


With your open and honest communication, by careful listening and understanding of the customers' needs you understand how to successfully fit the Effectory solution within the needs of new customers.  


The team in Munich consists of SDR's and AE's that work in close collaboration with each other as well as Marketing and the Customer Success Team. Although everything is based on team effort, you will be in charge of closing the deal! When you close the deal, you will hand over the account to the Customer Success Manager. There is lots of freedom to make your own decisions and close the deal the way you think is best. We have very good insights into our sales funnel with high-quality dashboards. This means that you can take on a data-driven approach to reach your goals!

What you need to bring for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of three years' proven experience in a similar sales role
  • Experience with CRM system
  • Strong orientation on team and team effort
  • German as (near) native language in spoken and written word
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are based in or close to Munich

How can you make a difference:

  • Passion for the Effectory product
  • Experience with SaaS products (big plus if you have experience in HR tech)
  • Experience with HubSpot

You are a confident conversation starter, a fully-fledged sparring partner irrespective of who sits across the table. You can understand your client's needs and translate this into our feedback solutions. You love prepping well so you can ask on-point questions and offer ditto solutions, with the best survey options and results possible. You are a natural team player as it is all about the team effort.
