Content is KING! Creating content is a form of art. Only a few get it right, right?
We are looking for a talented and creative Dutch Content Writer to craft compelling, engaging, and high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. Your role will be crucial in localizing/translating and refining our marketing materials, ensuring that our Dutch content is impactful, clear, and effective.
As part of our international marketing team, you will work closely with fellow content writers, marketers, and subject matter experts to develop content that supports our brand, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Write, localize, and improve Dutch content across various formats, including website copy, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the content team on joint projects to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all languages.
Translate and adapt English content to Dutch while maintaining clarity, nuance, and effectiveness.
Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
Work closely with the brand and content team to develop and refine Effectory’s tone of voice in Dutch.
Create engaging social media posts and contribute to Effectory’s social content strategy.
Support content needs for marketing campaigns, regional initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
Develop content for events, such as promotional materials, speaker announcements, and post-event recaps.
Align with stakeholders on content planning and execution, working primarily with the Marketing Benelux Team and the CMO and other marketing team members.
THIS IS YOU
Fluent Dutch speaker with excellent writing and editing skills.
Proven experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech.
Strong ability to translate and localize English content into Dutch with cultural and linguistic sensitivity.
Understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
Experience writing for digital channels, including web, email, and social media.
A proactive, creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders across the marketing team.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with SaaS brands or HR Tech companies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
• Interest in employee experience, HR trends, or workplace culture.
