THIS IS YOUR JOB

As FP&A Analyst, your primary focus is supporting the financial planning process by gathering financial data from stakeholders across the business, creating business models, and performing analysis. Translating financial data into insightful reports is your key strength, and you like to work in a highly organized manner with attention to detail. You value consistent daily routines that ensure accuracy and structure and are passionate about providing insights that influence business decisions. Our talented finance team is a small group of highly motivated professionals and you like to contribute to our warm and collaborative culture. In this role you report directly to, and work closely with, the Finance Lead.

  • Support the Finance Lead in preparation of the monthly P&L and cashflow rolling forecasts based on various scenarios.
  • Prepare the monthly management report for Board and Leadership Team.
  • Play a key role in driving the annual budget cycle.
  • Together with the Finance Lead, business partner with stakeholders across the business and actively support them in reaching their targets through the insights derived from your business analysis.
  • Developing key insights through a thorough business analysis of our KPIs, metrics, margins, and all other available data within the company.
  • Work closely with Rev Ops and other stakeholders in improving the various data streams and systems within the business.

THIS IS YOU

  • Relevant qualifications such as bachelor/master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • 3+ years relevant professional experience in FP&A, business control, or financial control.
  • Translating financial data into insightful reports is what you do best.
  • Passion for optimization the financial planning process, utilization of software, implementation of automation, and efficiency of processes.
  • Attention to detail and structured approach.
  • A service mindset, you view your role in support to the business and want your stakeholders to succeed in reaching their goals.
  • An strong collaborator, kind personality, and eager to contribute to our warm culture.
  • Fluent in English.
