THIS IS YOUR JOB

As a Recruiter at Effectory, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to attract and hire the best talent for our teams in Amsterdam and Munich. You’re a true partner to hiring managers - collaborating to understand their needs and translating them into clear, appealing job descriptions that reflect our culture and values.

You take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and engaging experience for every candidate. From first contact to onboarding and ensuring every new colleague feels welcome. As an ambassador and owner of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), you bring our story to life in every interaction, making sure candidates get a real sense of what makes Effectory unique.

Working closely with hiring managers, the People & Culture team, and colleagues across the organization, you align on role profiles, vacancy texts, and selection criteria to ensure a smooth and transparent process. With a sharp eye for talent and a commercial mindset, you create and execute sourcing strategies that deliver results, combining creativity with data to reach the right people through the right channels. You manage relationships, continuously look for opportunities to improve our employer branding, and experiment with new ways to find and engage great people.

At Effectory, we move fast and like to test, learn, and iterate. You act quickly, try new things, and help us keep raising the bar for how we attract and hire purpose-driven, SaaS-minded talent.

THIS IS YOU

  • You have 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a Tech or SaaS environment.

  • You bring an energetic personality and use your enthusiasm to find, convince, and share the Effectory story with potential candidates.

  • You love making people feel at home from the first contact to the moment they walk into our office.

  • You track your successes using metrics and data to understand what works and where you can improve.

  • You enjoy taking ownership of projects that enhance the candidate journey and make Effectory’s hiring experience even better.

  • You’re used to building and maintaining pipelines on LinkedIn, ensuring we can move quickly when the right talent appears.

  • You bring a commercial mindset, and you’re comfortable negotiating with both candidates and external partners.

  • You’re based in the Netherlands and able to visit our Amsterdam office multiple times per week because you value connection and collaboration.
