“I’M A SPOTTER.” “WHAT, PLANES?” ''NO, OPPORTUNITIES!’

As our Account Executive, you’ll drive new business for Effectory in the Dutch market. Your focus? Small and medium-sized companies building strong relationships from the first meeting to the final signature.

Working closely with marketing and your sales colleagues, you’ll:

  • Schedule and lead meetings with senior decision-makers (mainly C-level and HR).

  • Understand their business strategy and HR-related challenges.

  • Match their needs to Effectory’s solutions and clearly show our value.

  • Manage your entire sales funnel from lead to closing deals.

  • Hand over new clients to our Onboarding-team for long lasting collaborations.

You're trusted to run your sales process your way. With strong dashboards and insights at your fingertips, you take a data-driven approach to hit targets and close deals efficiently.

THIS IS YOU

You’re a natural communicator who builds trust with ease whether you're speaking to a CEO, HR Director or Team Lead. Confident and curious, you ask the right questions and know how to listen.

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (or a strong learning mindset if less).

  • Strong ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset you spot opportunities and act fast.

  • A consultative approach you prep well, challenge assumptions, and offer impactful solutions.

  • Fluent in Dutch, and strong in English (written and spoken).

  • Driven, energetic, and always focused on creating value for the client.
