People Strategy Consultant

As a People Strategy Consultant at Effectory you will work directly with CHROs, executives and leadership teams to turn employee feedback into strategic business decisions.

You help organizations tackle challenges related to leadership, culture, organizational effectiveness and transformation by combining people insights with business context. As a trusted advisor and challenger you build influential relationships across customer organizations, challenge assumptions and help leaders align people strategy with business priorities.

Together with Sales, Customer Success and Key Account Management, you drive long-term customer value and organizational impact across Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations in the Benelux.

What you’ll be doing

• Advise senior stakeholders on organizational development, leadership and strategic people challenges.

• Translate employee feedback into meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Facilitate discussions and presentations with executive and board-level audiences.

• Build and expand relationships across customer organizations and stakeholder networks.

• Challenge leaders, uncover blind spots and create alignment between people strategy and business priorities.

• Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Key Account Managers to drive customer impact, retention and growth.

• Identify opportunities to deepen strategic partnerships and increase customer value.

What you'll bring

• 4–6 years of experience in organizational development, consulting, HR advisory or a similar field.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Experience working with senior leaders and executive audiences.

• Ability to turn customer strategy into tangible deliverables through employee listening.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• A challenger mindset and the confidence to influence strategic decision-making.

• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.

• Fluent Dutch and professional English.
