THIS IS YOUR JOB
As our Sales Development Representative, you're the first touchpoint for Effectory’s potential clients.
You proactively reach out to new leads people who may not know us yet and spark their interest by clearly communicating our value. You’ll also follow up with warmer leads who’ve already shown interest (for example, by downloading Effectory content).
Your tasks:
Use channels like phone, email, LinkedIn, video and events to contact and follow up with leads.
Start meaningful conversations at all levels within an organization.
Identify business challenges and link them to our solutions.
Qualify leads and determine if they’re ready to speak with our Account Executives.
Contribute directly to improving our conversion rates.
You’ll combine your communication skills with creativity and commercial drive to build strong relationships and open doors for the sales team.
THIS IS YOU
You have 1+ year of experience in a sales-related role.
You're goal driven, not afraid to pick up the phone, and thrive on winning new business.
You have a hunter mindset and you’re proactive, curious, and eager to engage.
You write well, listen even better, and know how to match client needs to our solutions.
You’re organized and confident using CRM tools.
You’re excited about using AI tools to work smarter, without losing the human touch.
You bounce back from a “no” and keep going until you get a “yes”.
You’re a team player who knows how to prioritize and manage your pipeline.
You speak and write fluent Dutch.
