In your role as Customer Success Manager, you will be joining the team dedicated to the governmental and higher education sector within Effectory. As we service this sector in partnership with the national government, this team holds a high degree of ownership and responsibility to leverage this representative position for knowledge sharing purposes. This also means we develop our own products and services in close collaboration with our partner. This brings its own unique challenges and really requires you to act as the eyes and ears for both the customer and the company. Are you ready for this challenge? 

Your Tasks

  • You are focused on building a long-term relationship with customers in your portfolio, to drive satisfaction, adoption and retention - the three main succes metrics 

  • You understand your customer's goals and needs and connect them to our products and services 

  • You think about ways to leverage your successful customers for case studies, events, etc. 

  • You continuously feed knowledge on customer demands and challenges to relevant teams internally (product, marketing, etc.)

  • You have the ability to translate business needs to clear product (feedback) improvements 

  • You build and maintain trusted relationships with your clients and you're able to manage client expectations 

  • You can spot commercial opportunities 

  • With your experimental mindset you can operate effectively with uncertainty and change 

  • You have a desire to continuously improve business processes, the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and can think outside of the box 

  • Your learning and technical ability allows you to quickly adapt to our ever changing systems & software 

  • You manage your own portfolio but enjoy working closely with colleagues to provide te best customer experience and improve our offering 

  • You are fluent in Dutch (this is a must!).
