Over the past year, we at Effectory have worked hard on our transition towards SaaS. We already have a strong foothold at the Dutch market but we can't be stopped there! As we expand our operations in the DACH region, we are seeking a customer obsessed colleague to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. 


ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the key driver of our clients’ success. You will foster trusted relationships, manage expectations, and guide clients to reach their goals. As the first point of contact, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers maximize value from our products and services while identifying new commercial opportunities to grow our client base. 


  • Client Onboarding & Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and manage the onboarding process while driving ongoing engagement with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Goal Setting & Review: Collaborate with clients to set clear goals and conduct quarterly reviews to assess and refine objectives.
  • Product Adoption: Ensure clients fully leverage our solutions, identifying ways to maximize the impact of our offerings.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with the sales team to close deals and grow our commercial footprint.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Share insights and trends with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure market needs are met and future opportunities are captured.

  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to cultivate and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Commercial Savvy: Strong ability to spot commercial opportunities and run negotiations with our sales team to drive results.
  • Problem Solver: Adept at translating business challenges into actionable product improvements and strategic solutions.
  • Dealing with ambiguity: Comfortable with change, uncertainty, and innovation, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy: Quick to learn and navigate new systems and technologies, enabling clients to fully utilize our solutions.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German (this is a must have as you will work with German speaking customers) and English, enabling you to support our DACH clients effectively.

  • Competitive salary (the range for this position is around: € 45.000 - € 68.000 gross a year, depending on your experience).
