The People & Culture team is on the lookout for a Total Rewards Specialist! Your goal is to maintain and upgrade a future proof comp&ben environment to give employees a once-in-a-lifetime experience! What you'll be doing
Finalize the new Willis Towers Watson job architecture to build a foundation for better career pathing and financial attractiveness, while overseeing organizational budgetary health
Support the company-wide performance management workstream to review and propose annual merit rules and bonus plan designs, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and opportunities
Support the management of the bonus and incentive schemes, working with Finance to monitor and report on performance, and communicating with scheme members
Provide expert advice on the benefits offering; reviewing, implementing, and managing in line with the feedback of our employees
Communicate and engage with stakeholders to promote bonus and benefits schemes to maximize value of the offering
Supporting wider operational reward, payroll and tax activities
Excellent communications skills & strong team working ability
Managing 3rd party service providers
Attention to detail, very confident technical skills in using MS Excel, able to translate data into insights

THIS IS WHAT WE OFFER
This role is part time 16-24hrs a week (employment/freelance/contractor set-up possible; flexible hours on a hybrid basis; attendance of Amsterdam office on Monday each week is required)
